The public have been asked to help design a new 50 pence coin to represent equestrianism at the 2012 Olympic Games.
It’ll be one of 29 that Britain’s coin maker plans to print to celebrate the many sports involved in the London Olympics and Paralympics.

A pony was rescued by firemen in Devon last week, after it fell into a frozen pond.
Firefighters used a winch and strop to get the pony out of the pond. Luckily the pony was not harmed.

British Jockey Hayley Turner rode into the record books, becoming the first British woman to ride 100 winners in a year.
Hayley, who is 25-years-old, won as she came aboard 7-1 shot Mullitovermaurice in a claiming race at Wolverhampton on 30 December, 2008.
